Hi Jack,

I waved when you drove by the house........  as for the heat.  When I bought 
this place last winter I lived in the trailer for a month whiile I was 
remodelling.

The night time temps were 9 degrees... 7 degrees.... sometimes it barely got 
to above freezing during the day. I had to disconnect the hose of course, but 
the furnace kept anything from freezing up.

Went through a 30# tank of gas every 3 days (c:
