Re: [A/S] Re: Dump Tank Valve

Thanks,
I wish I was in California not Florida. I did pay $300 for the job but the
saint who did it didn't replace the valve and the underside is still open, to
see if it will be ok.
If you ever hear of a good replacement for the trickly side pull valve that
will fit a "79 Argosy please let me know.
My friends with a similiar '79 trailor but larger, thought snakes might move
into the open insulation, to nest out of the cold. My repair person didn't
think they could come into the living space. ???
He did another small job or two including putting a hasp lock on the outside
door. Someone stole all my keys twice now so he opened two for me. I needed
to check the battery. The hasp and lock was needed because It seems to cost
a fortune to change new main door locks up to $750.
I suspect northern relatives want my storage and I have limited resources
until I start Social Security in March.
Someone should redesigned the side pull system for older models and train
people to install them.
If anyone needs work done on an Airstream/Argosy I can give you a name of the
wonderful person who was willing to work on mine. (New Port Richey area, West
Pasco, Florida).
