automobile restorers swear by it... i'm doing everything with POR-15,
including my little red Radio Flyer...  It's more than a rust-inhibitor...
check out the site... there are a couple of steps to the process, but it
beats the heck out of sandblasting/painting or sandblasting/powdercoating...
it actually cures FASTER in humid/damp conditions... weird, huh?
