[A/S] Rude Dealer

Howdy;
I'm new to the list, and I'd like to start with a heads up to owners 
of new Airstreams.

Camper Clinic is a liscensed Airstream dealer in Texas.  I purchased 
my A/S from another dealer to get the best deal I could.  I took my 
A/S to Camper Clinic for warranty work, and it took them 5 weeks to 
do the work.  I know of at least two times that my A/S was in the 
bay, and was taken out.

When I mentioned this to the owner he told me I was not his customer, 
and it could be longer next time.  He said that he didn't want my 
business as I had not purchased the trailer from him.

Any of y'all needing service in Texas should only go to Camper Clinic 
if that is your only choice.  I have written the CEO at Thor, but 
haven't heard from him yet.
