My univolt stopped charging my battery and stopped powering the lights. I
was advised by others with a great deal of experience to put a charger on
the battery while leaving everything else intact. I know that no power is
going from the univolt to the battery so I don't have to worry about frying
the charger, my 120 circuit is reading 120 and the 12 volt system reads from
11 to 13 volts depending on what is in use. It seems to be a good fix for
$30.
