I get very frustrated with Ford.  The local dealer, a big one, has a 
large truck service division, but they are always backed up and it 
seems to take days to get my van back.  The Ford mechanics are 
sloppy - one even left the oil cap off (I found it sitting on the 
engine). 

The International folks got to my van within hours, and I had it back 
by noon the next day.  The International place in my hometown is 
huge - bay after bay.  I remarked to the service writer that I felt 
I'd brought a Lilliputian into Gulliver land.  He chuckled and told 
me I was right (grin).
