I've seen these in the Camping World catalog and they
are not UPS units.  One is just a surge suppressor
that has a 30 or 50 amp plug end (male and female). 
The other unit also is a surge protector but it has a
low voltage detector that actually cuts the power when
voltage goes low.  It doesn't say anything about
battery backup.
