Thats what Airstreams are for. So you can stay & live in the  " 
comfort zone". I have to remember to turn my A/C on & run it for a 
while when I'm camping & I haven't used my furness in the nine years 
I've owned it. A electric cube heater does the job. Although for 
Jack, When I've ended up needing the A/C, it seems to do a better job 
then Jack is discribing. I would think that example of caming with 
the folks who bought your old rig would be enough to convince your 
dealer there is something not right! The fact that the dealer knows 
you have the ear of 600 Airstreamers should make him work a little 
harder on it. Good luck! I hope they take care of it the way they 
should. If you can get both A/S & the dealers email addresses & they 
don't do it right, we could all drop them a line!
