The AC will not run on your garage extension cord arrangement, It probably
at most has a 15 amp breaker. The AC will just keep throwing the breaker.
You need a 30 amp breaker and will need to one installed by an electrician
then run an outside outlet with a 30 amp RV receptacle. You can buy a 30 amp
receptacle and cover at most RV supply stores.
