[A/S] Newbie questions

Hello Hunter and friends,

I recently purchased a 1978 29' Ambassador, rear bath, center twins, front 
credenza model (thanks to Vince Weidig for his help) and am in the process of 
fixing little things and learning a lot about it.  It is my first travel 
trailer, so almost everything is new to me.  I've been reading this list for 
quite awhile and it has been very helpful.  A couple of months ago, there was 
a discussion here about the non-standard Thetford sewer cap that Airstream 
uses and an adapter that is available to step down to a standard size 
fitting.  Thinking this would be easy, I went ahead and bought a 
SewerSolution at Camping World, and as expected, it won't fit the Airstream.  
When I dropped the trailer off at the Airstream dealer today for some work to 
be done on it, I attempted to buy this adapter.  They had never heard of it.  
On their website, SewerSolution calls it a "universal adapter".   I cannot 
find it at the local WalMart, but I found this on the Camping World website.  
Is this the right one?  There's no picture.

Also, my grey water tank is only 16 gallons, and I am finding that to be 
barely adequate for two people for a weekend.  I'm tired of saving the dirty 
dish water in a dishpan so I can dump it down the toilet (black water tank is 
20 gallons and we have never filled it more than halfway in a weekend, even 
with the dishwater).  Has anyone had experience installing a larger grey 
water holding tank?   Is this feasible and can the frame support the added 
weight?  I'm finding that the trailer tows better with more weight forward of 
the axles, so I'm concerned about the effect of adding too much weight in the 
rear.  I tow with an F250 HD, an Eaz-Lift weight distributing hitch with 1000 
pound spring bars and a friction sway control.  I'm not getting any sway, but 
I do get a rocking horse motion on uneven pavement if the rear of the trailer 
is too heavy (I stopped, took all my gear out of the bed of the truck and put 
it in the front of the trailer -- problem solved, so I know the trailer was 
unbalanced due to the holding tanks being full).
