That hitch and several like it have been around for years. They all 
work fine and use the same operating principal.The Reese Dual Cam is 
still the best. A friend of mine had a demo tape of the Hensley Hitch 
and I did see one at a camp ground.  If you have just a very basic 
knowledge of high school physics, you can see it operates the same as 
all the rest. No matter  how it looks, they all use the same set of 
mechanical physics to operate. Non of them are a sustitute for a 
proper tow vehicle, but do make towing safer. Arnie
