 It sounds like the wiring to the outbuilding is undersized, or there's
a very poor connection someplace in the circuit. Is the shed a long way
from the house?

The only way to get enough power to the trailer is to run a completely
new circuit all the way from the house breaker panel to the trailer's
site. You might want to have an electrician do this, as he'll know how
to size the wire for the load and for the distance involved. As someone
else pointed out, long-distance runs require larger wire.

Don't attempt to run the A/C on the existing circuit, as you'll burn it
up.

Get one of those little plugin voltmeters from Camping World or Radio
Shack to check the voltage at your trailer.
