Jim,

I found a brand new, in-the-box Kelsey-Hayes hydraulic-electric controller a
couple months ago.  I have already towed from West Texas to the WDCU's
Cherry Blossom Rally in MD with it and a several other shorter trips.  It
works great, just like the same controller did back in the '60s - '70s.
