I don't think you want *real* wood floors.... unless you do a parquet floor.  
It seems that I've heard Wilsonart "wood" floors recommended over Pergo... 
check them out.

I would think the difference of wood and linoleum is strictly a matter of 
taste... wood or color.......... I would do vinyl if I were going that way. 
Solid vinyl.

Cork is another choice, some listies have cork floors and recommend them.

The worst thing is getting the carpet out... because it went in the trailer 
first and the walls and furniture are on top of it.
