I got my 2020 last week and installed it myself using the very clear 
instructions.  Worked fantastic right out of the box.  Hardest part is 
putting this big body under the dash.

I found the adjustment to be right on and easy to do.  (you need a person 
to watch the meter while you adjust the  cable.)  The only glitch was rust 
on the brake drums that let the magnets slip.  I called the factory, they 
explained in laymans terms.  " Do several stops at 10 - 20 MPH - it should 
clear up the rust"  It did.

The first pull with my 95 Crown Vic towing my 64 Tradewind 24' was about 
150 miles to Pilot Mountain in North Carolina.  Brakes and Controller 
worked great up and down 5% grades.

I'm sold on the Ultima 2020.
