When you say it links to the brake pedal, do you mean it has some kind of
physical attachment?

I wonder if you could explain further?  Do you electrically connect it
similar to the Tekonsha with the power, brake switch, etc.?
If you do link it physically, do you also locate the controller down low on
the dash nearby the knee location?
