dear group need some assistance.

have opportunity to purchase an 81 excella II 31' airstream
rear bath
twin bed in front of bath
one a/c and heater, a/c runs on 110 only heater on both
usual tables in front and normal kitchen setup on curbside
manual stabilizer jacks
electric jack in front
long awnings on both sides with little awning in back where bath is
manuel step into trailer
i believe two 17 gal propane tanks in front
2 batteries
new rock guard in front window

owner wants $12500 condition of trailer is between good and very good there are no bad dents or cracks the under belly looks good the blue striping is faded but that is understandable.

what do you think it is worth with this info ballpark figure?
