All the worries of tail droop are gone by when you get to the '81s.  You
have the larger boxed framework.

Not sure how many you intend on sleeping in the trailer, but 2 twins are
great.  A full is ok for some and there is an abbreviated queen that is 5"
shorter than the home type queen.  To each his/her own on the bedding
layout, but twins are preferred by many.  They tend to give you a place to
sit and get dressed, etc.

From the statement above, I gather that the a/c runs ok and the furnace does
as well?  The a/c only operates on 120vac and the furnace runs on 12vdc and
LP.

The propane tanks are usually talked about in pounds but some do talk about
gallons measurements occasionally.  A big 40 lb propane tank holds about 9+
gallons.  A 30 lb tank about 7 gallons.  The bigger the better.  If you have
a cover for the tanks, it is that much better.  But often times the
cylinders are in the open.

You'll be glad you have the electric jack.  The hitch weight on that trailer
is probably about 500 lbs+.

there are no bad dents or cracks the under belly looks good the blue
striping is faded but that is understandable.

Depending on how much you like the trailer is what you think you're willing
to pay over the going price.

If the trailer is in very good condition, all the items below should not
need to be replaced or worked on.
Tires?  Got a spare?  Is it ok?
Hub caps or wheels in good shape?
Brakes been checked?  Bearings been kept up?
Battery age?  Usually batteries are only good for about 3 years....some will
dispute this, but you won't get much more if you do get 4 years.
Door locks ok?  Got a dead bolt?  They are nice...some think a necessity.
Window latches ok?  Actuators lift and work good? Gasketing not cracked?
Floor solid?  Look under/behind cabinets for rot?  Hitch paint good?
Refrigerator work good on both 120vac and LP?  Door good and solid?
Stove in good shape?  All the burners work?  Oven ok?
Hot water heater ok?  Remote lighting or manual?
Shower head work ok?
Do the gate valves for the holding tanks stop the water sufficiently?
Fresh water pump work good?
