Hi Dave,

 A 34 footer would discourage weekend trips, for me anyway. But Airstreams 
come in such a range of sizes you can easily find one that's not too big, not 
too small...but just right.

Well ya know Dave... some of us depend on you bad backers for our afternoon 
entertainment. I remember watching a guy pull in forward.... FORWARD.... then 
he decided he had gone a tad too far and spent the next 10 minutes backing up 
and pulling forward..over and over. 

To answer your question though..... longer trailers are easier to back than 
shorter ones.  The short ones tend to want to over turn...they jacknife much 
faster.  I know this because I have owned a 21 foot trailer and now a 25 foot 
and both are much easier than a two horse trailer to back up. 

As for size.... if I were you I would look at 21s and 25s.... even older 
19s.. after the Casita you will ramble around in all three of those.

Of course your tow vehicle will make a difference..... if you are pulling the 
Casita with a VW Rabbit then all bets are off. 

You would never regret going up in size and having an Airstream.
