Replacement tambour is available.
To see an example, go to   http://www.winonamanufacturing.com/
choose "DecorTambour" and "Woodtones" to see the tambour material, and
"Accessories" to see the track they fit into.

I contacted the company and they gave me references for lumberyards in
my area that carry the product.

Be sure to use silicone lubricant in the tracks when you replace or
renovate yours...
