Bill,

Your Burb nicely came with a plug, under the dash, for you to plug into an
electric brake controller.  Go visit an RV shop and look at the many models
available, to see which one YOU like the best.  There are many minor
differences.  One option I like on mine is, when the trailer is plugged in,
there is a light on the front of the controller, that lights up, to let me
know the connection is good.  Another option I like is an (led) light that
gets brighter with the amount of current sent to the trailer breaks.

Also on your burb, the rear wiring harness is a plug, that either already
has a 7-pin (bargman or Pollack (sp)) plug, standard non-commercial
tailoring plug,   OR  a place in the wiring harness where it splits apart to
accept the splitter that goes to the bargman.  Your rig came with it, just
have to see if the pig tale is there.

The inside controller regulates the amount of current sent to the trailer,
there by operating the break units.
