Hi Charles:

Freezing blew out the valve on my Aqua-Magic IV one time.  Same result.

If you are going to take out the unit to check the valve (that's what I 
had to do) there is kind of a strange method of getting it loose on the 
Galaxy. 

I have some directions on how to do that.  If you want me to scan and 
attach it to an e-mail to you directly, let me know.
