[A/S] Plumbing help please!!!

Have water on the floor around our Thetford Aqua Magic Galaxy
toilet. Have taken up the carpet, which was wet all the way down
to the floor, but more so around the back.

Can not seem to find the bolt in the back to remove the cover so
I can check the water valve. Removed the little cover hole but can't
see any nut.

Anybody been into this type of problem.
