Assuming you are parking your trailer at your home I suggest you purchase 
a small, cube size, electric heater, Palomis or similar,  and set it at a 
low setting and leave it on over night.  Keep your floor cabinet doors 
open so heat can reach the pipe run areas.  If necessary also get a timer 
so you can automatically turn heater on at appropriate time and off in AM 
when temp. gets above freezing. Use  a correct size extension cord to 
your trailer (to match electrical draw of heater)  Incidentally it would 
take many hours with the temperature below freezing before anything froze 
up in any case but when in doubt put in a little heat.  Before I got a 
cube heater and on really cold forecasts I would turn on my regular 
furnace and set it as low as it would go, around 50 degrees.  Burns a 
little gas but a safe investment.  If you have a catalatic heater it will 
do and burn less fuel.
