The original double pane wing windows at times did have a problem with 
moisture between the panes. The obvious fix, but expensive, is to replace the 
windows with single pane. Two small holes can be drilled, such as a #30 drill 
bit, into the metal frame of the window that will allow the water to drain. 
However, the placement of this hole and the angle that is used to drill it is 
very important. Should it not be done correctly, and you hit the glass with 
the drill bit, the glass will shatter. There is no drawings available to show 
you how to do this. If you wish, its an experience kind of job. Your local
