Don, 

1 - Center bath vertical caulking should be fine in a 1993, but look anyway (with flashlight).
2 - The 3 piece stone guard is always a plus. Check closely for holes. They don't get smaller.

In my opinion, wrap protectors are one of those items that depreciate 100% the very moment you write
the check (unless you never tow the trailer and no rocks every ding them).

Before you spend, consider what else you want in the category known as "discretionary funds." But,
if you have plenty of money in that category, spend away and help keep the economy strong. <grin>
