My first airstream product was a 20ft Argosy ('77 Minuet),  then advanced 
to a '76, 24 ft Argosy, then thought we would do a lot of traveling once 
retired (but it hasn't worked out) so picked up a 30ft, '78 Argosy.  This 
past year  we rebuilt a '56, 16ft Airstream and like it so much that I am 
doubtful we will keep the 30ft unit.  It surprized us that we are just as 
comfortable in the little rig as in the big one and you really don't need 
all that stuff one carry's for the shorter excursion and of course you 
can go about any place.    I think you might be well served  with a 25ft 
model. You can always go larger later if not satisfied and reselling a 
25ft unit is much easier to selling the larger ones.
