John,
Don't buy anything because a salesperson says it SHOULD pull it. Chances are
it won't. Make sure that it is checked with the official Ford towing guide.
It will tell you exactly how much trailer you can tow with it. It is better
to get too much tow vehicle than too little. Just remember that the numbers
you will be seeing will require the trailer towing package, does this
Expedition come equipped with it? FYI the 6500# towing capacity would be
good for your trailer.
