I am not sure but I would guess that your analysis has not taken into 
account one fact: The weight supported by the easylift bars is not 
atached to the ball. The arms are attached to the hitch next to the 
ball. The weight that they support is transfered to the trailer 
wheels and to the truck's front wheels through the heavy duty hitch 
that the arms go into and not through the ball.
   That would be my guess.
