If your chain is pulling up, I'll buy it... if it is pulling down 
then the reacting force is on the frame... causing the frame to 
support the downward force of the chain... to lift the front of the 
trailer, the spring bars would have to be above the frame... unless 
you have figured out how to push on a chain.... 2nd law of physics... 
can't push on a rope...3rd law, be careful what you do into the 
wind....
