Thanks for the reply, any suggestions are always appreciated.
I have all systems fixed (except furnace) and should be moving in to my A/S
within the next 2 days.

Perhaps you have an idea of what is the problem with my furnace. When I
opened  the pilot-light door to check the flame on the burner, the flames
shot out of the door about 8 inch. There is also an odor in the air coming
from the furnace.  Do you think the exhaust might be partially blocked?  I
wanted to check the flame because there seems to be alot of soot coming from
the exhaust.

I love the catalytic heater.
