Eavery thing sounded good until you mentioned the floor there is the weak 
link in what is a fairly good chain . Unless the plywood is eather presher 
treated or epoxie coated both soides and attention paid to the end grane it 
will be subject to rot when the invarable leaks occur. As a former boat 
builber I know what I am talking about . eather process should not raise the 
price more than $50.00
