I saw the Skin off at a registered airstream dealer in London Ontario. Can Am 
products on Colonel Talbot Road.

It is interesting in that it is Aluminum mini beams 1.5"  thick at around 16 
to 20 inches on center with aluminum skin  pop riveted to it then the 
interior skin. The ends of the mini beams are crushed just enough to make 
them skinny enough to keep the joints from bulging.

This structure frames into a formed steel frame on the bottom. Under the 
formed steel frame is the aluminum bottom skin. On top is 1/2" clear medium 
grade plywood. It is not green-pressure-treated or marine plywood.

It looked like a manufacturers sales tool on display. So your area airstream 
dealer my well have it.
