Re: [A/S] Re: International Sovereign water valves, 5 of them
I think I already wrote about the couple we met at Toscano RV in Los Banos
who were using two inline water filters for filling their tank. The first
filter took out the 'big' stuff/sediment and the 2nd, more expensive one,
took out the bad 'little' stuff.
We just ret'd from another trip to Morro Bay (sans trailer). I don't
remember the water tasting as bad in February as it did this time. I wish I
had taken my water pitcher with the filter.
The small amt of water sitting in Bambi's tank is Morro Bay water. I wonder
if pooring some clorox in before we take it anywhere and then draining it
would take care of the petrie dish affect?

BTW: the water in Berkeley used to be as good as mountain spring water
(better than bottled). Then we had a drought and they changed the mix of
where the water was coming from, I'm sorry to say. But even so, it is still
delicious compared to So. California water. Tom asked "why can't you stand
Fullerton water after growing up in Long Beach?" Long Beach water was famous
for its sulphur taste. ;o)
