In my experience, the best tow vehicle counting value and functionality is a Ford E-350 van. It has the weight and strength to pull and provides great passenger and secure cargo space. You can get them with Diesel or 7.2 liter gas engines. Older units can be had for quite low prices. But stay in the 90's.
