Normally the inverter is the final source before you plug in 
appliance.  You will need extension cords to your select appliances.  House 
A/C doesn't go hot unless you are plugged into an external A/C power source.

Now I have a solar question.  I would like to use flexible panels like the 
Unisolar:

I realize that these panels are not as efficient as rigid, but they will 
mould to the curved roof of my vintage coach.  Anyone have any feedback.
