It's pretty obvious..... not only will the rear sag, but the aluminum will 
cup accordingly.

I like the back bedroom too because I want a double bed not twins.... the 
only rear bath model I like is the one that has a double bed (Gaucho) in the  
mid section with a dresser across from it.  You can replace the gaucho with a 
double mattress and still get by to the bathroom.  The downside to a rear 
bath is if you have guests they have to go through our bedroom to get to the 
john.
