Re: [A/S] Water trickles

Judy, I have been involved with leak hunting for the last 10 or 12 days.
I have the floor sanded getting ready for new flooring, before I sanded the
floor I didn't see any water inside the trailer, now I do.

I have found that the leak is not where I find the moist spot on the floor.
Water will wick (capillary action) in between 2 pieces of aluminum siding or
the siding and the door frame, and it will wick up. It will track a
serpentine trace across the inside of the outer skin and, there is a "U"
channel along the floor edges that the outer and inner walls are riveted to
that makes a wonderful viaduct.

I have decided after thinking I was done several times only to go out and
find another moist spot to just re-calk the whole thing. It probably won't
take but 4 tubes of calk for the job and I will be done (for now).
