Hey Lew,

Why don't you just buy another 1972 and have your own mobile supply building? That's not so far
fetched as one might think. Bert Kalet bought a wreck, scavengered it and sold it back to the junk
yard a year later for a little less than he paid for it. 

Those aluminum extrusions are very specific and not otherwise easily findable. I had been doing the
kind of search you mentioned and found no small retail quantities of such stock. When I bit the
bullet three months ago, I used left over parts and pieces from previous modifications and now have
an entertainment center in our '77 using all OEM parts. It even looks like a factory installation. 

Take your time with a systematic search and you or someone else will find it for you. Put out the
word and go fishing. What do I know? Maybe you don't have room for another Airstream in your yard.
