Phil, Most 66 to 68 Airsteams have Aluminum Wiring. My 66 Trade Wind wiring was so badly corroded I removed the entire interior and shell Panels and replaced all the Wiring with Copper. Cost of wire - $200, cost of labor and associated materials - Thousands. If you can find a good compound at any electrical supply store to offset the dissimilar metal Corrosion you should be able to minimize any future decay. However you will need to do periodic checkups and Maintenance Good Luck WAM
