I'm astounded that you were there for three weeks and between you and them... 
no one figured out that they didn't know they were supposed to do more than 
just the couch.

Weren't you raising hell? I was under the impression that you were.... What 
did they think you were raising hell about?

This is a most mind boggling turn of events.. to me. I am blown away that you 
have been waiting for 3 weeks to have your trailer "repaired" and they have 
been waiting for 3 weeks for a couch to arrive.
