Re: [a/s] Black water tank valve



This is probably caused by a buildup of microwaste or other material in the 
track area of the valve.  If you can open the valve you are half way 
there.  I was taught to use liquid silicone spray liberally dousing the 
track sides and the slider shaft as best as you can.

Then work the valve by hand, not by pounding.  You'll destroy it.  If your 
luck and clear the obstruction then a regular regimen of closing the 
valve.  Using the tanks as though you were on the road - even if your 
hooked up. Open the valve and flush the tank and finally use a wand to 
loosen stuff in the tank as you repeat the procedure.

Basic concept is to use it before lose it.
