Recommend you buy, get it under your control in a place where you can work 
and then clean.  Remove all stuff in drawers and overheads for 
inventory.  Do not dismantle anything until you've got it cleaned out and 
cleaned up.

It takes a lot of time to clean these old guys because there are so many 
nooks and crannies.  I found that Simple Green or Clorox Cleaner were both 
good.  What kind of flooring is it?
