Thanks for response.  

I think inside is in tact, but hard tell as it it now being used for storage. 
 Floor seems solid.  Has awning in need if repair and A/C.  The A/c is white 
steamlined unit in center of roof that does not work per owner.  Could it 
have been original in 65?  I would really rather it not be there, but doesn't 
look too bad.

Do owners try to repair such things or remove them and patch top or just 
leave them "as is"?
