Some do, some encourage it.  I move enough so it's not a problem.... I can 
take showers and wash dishes for as long as I'm parked in one place...because 
I move every few days.

or places that don't care or encourage it..... I just attach a 5 foot hose to 
the little space in the cap and let the grey water rip. Be durn sure it is 
the grey outlet you are letting rip though!!!

I asked recently at a campground and the owner said, "Please do... feel free 
to wash the truck and trailer too... any water on the ground is good."  I 
figure washing the truck with Dawn and washing the dishes with Dawn is the 
same thing.

I would never dump grey without asking first though.
