[a/s] Curioser and Curioser: AS says sloping floor no problem and frame is straight -- HELP!!

But -

On the tour of the factory today the guide explained that the "I" beam the floor 5/8" panels fit into are fixed
to the chassis. So if the floor slopes, either the chassis slopes or the floor has separated form the chassis. I
have photos of the floor dead level in the bathroom and sloping in photos alongside the stove, between the
stove and sink, the sink, the door and finally the sofa. The slope seems a constant decline in relation to the
level bathroom floor; i.e., the degrees off level remains the same.

The rep here says they checked the chassis and it is not bent. Curioser and curioser.

Now the West Coast Facility for AS, B&G, did the work to repair the coach after it was dropped off the ball
by the tow company. They found no problem but I wonder if they checked. Did they? I will have to check
the paperwork I have. But we did not notice the floor slope until after we had returned from Mexico and
had left California for our trip east. I really do not know what to say or do at this point. I would like a clear
statement from Airstream that they have checked the chassis and it is straight.

Can anyone recommend an attorney to consult with on this? I have feeling that how I proceed from here
will be pretty important and that it would be easy to do the wrong thing. Anyone who has any experience
with this who would share their experience, strength and hope would be welcomed. Anyone who knows
anyone who has experience would be welcome. Please share what you know. I have a terrible feeling that
I could be hung out to dry on this if I am not careful.

The first trailer was totalled in Mexico. Now this problem with the second trailer. And, the lead-in to the
tow company dropping the trailer was blowing the transmission on our first day out. Could this be a sign.

Please help any way you can.
