You will probably get a lot of response to this  -  jack up each wheel in
turn so that you can rotate the wheel,  back off the nut a few turns then
snug it up again (no torque) then back down to the first opening for the
cotter key.   Test by trying to wobble the wheel to determine if there is
too much "play"  -  the wheel should spin freely  without any drag on the
bearings - but not sloppy loose.  you're  welcome
