Hunter,

Maybe try a can of air like used for cleaning electronic equipment.  The one
I get at Sam's Club is called 'Century Duster'.  It will freeze the surface
it is sprayed on immediately if you do not keep it moving.  This might
produce enough cold quick enough to pop out the dent.  Otherwise you will
find it useful in all kinds of other projects.  Good luck.
