I'm not sure which handle airstream is using nowadays, but I would go
ahead and remove the handle (should be the screws holding the inside plate
on- remove them and this plate will come off), and a couple of screws on
the side, above and below the striker (bolt?- whatever the heck you call
the thingy that actually latches the door).
Once it is out, you can see what the problem is- it could be loose screws,
or it could just need some grease- I like white lithium for door locks.
Or it could be the striker itself- I think someone else said that if they
push the door in a little, it works better- ours does- I attribute that to
the nearly airtight seal that advanced engineering and contruction produces
