Hi Gang,

The handle on my door (1996 excella) is getting harder and harder to open.

It's not so bad from the inside because I can jerk up the handle, but from 
outside it's almost impossible to open it.

Yesterday I noticed that two of the screws on the inside face plate were 
almost falling out, I tightened them hoping that would solve the problem but 
it didn't.

What to do?  Has anyone else had this happen?  Can I fix it?  WD-40?
